Colorado Surf
and Stay
is located in Hacienda Iguana Beach and Golf Resort. A gated community with exclusive access to Playa Colorado, considered the best and most consistent beach break in Nicaragua. Our guests will be able to enjoy a spacious, modern home with three A/C suites, living, dining room and balcony.
In the common areas of the house there are several leisure options. You can relax between the various surf sessions of the day lounging in the hammocks having coconut water or a cold beer by the pool. You can also enjoy a game of pool or ping pong while our local chef prepares your meals.
Staying with professional filmmakers will make all the difference in your surf trip. At the end of the day you can relax in the living room while watching the videos of your sessions.
We know it’s not just about leisure… If you work remotely, you’ll love doing it from our balcony in the middle of nature. Wi-Fi is included.
In addition, our backyard also has a barbecue and beach volleyball/tennis court. Oh, and remember to look up at the treetops. You might spot monkeys and exotic birds!

It is an a/c room, with a double bed and a single bed, for up to three people. It has an open closet, ceiling fan and a private bathroom. The room also has an independent entrance and a shared balcony.
La Casita
Fully equipped studio with a queen bed, open closet, kitchen, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The casita has also a beautiful private front yard.
